Research!

This research work is what we had to copy out of this exercise from a booklet that we usually do our work out of. We basically did it for a quick warm-up so we can keep the pace up with our typing. At the moment, my typing aint so bad. If I look at the keyboard, it kind of helps! Gives me the extra boost that i need when I'm on a time limit with getting things done. But our teacher expects us to practice typing without looking at the keyboard. I try my best anyway :)

Fijian Article

This is a article which we had to copy all the dialogue but change the design, colour, font etc. I chose the theme of purple, ocean green & blue because its like the colours of paradise & it also matched the image which is on the top left corner of the page.

Katchafire Article!

My essay article topic of my choice on a NZ Homegrown Band/Singer was Katchafire. With all the information that you can see in this article had to be from the top of my head. Which means I wasn't allowed to use the Internet. Like Scribe says "all I had was a pad & a pen" but instead of a pad & pen, I just had "the keyboard & a mind of my own"

Poster Design - Style Pasifika

One of my task were to design a poster for one of the event choices in the list, that we were given from our teacher.
It had to be like an advertised poster of the event chosen. Which had to have factual information. Not fictional.
I chose to do a poster on Style Pasifika.
My poster, I found it was quite easy because I planned out what I was going to do.
I googled the site & saw that my chosen event had a symbol of a hibiscus flower.
So I kind of copied out the hibiscus picture from the original Style Pasifika logo!

Natcoll Pamplet Design!

This is a pamplet design that I designed myself.
I had to copy everything off the original pamplet except,
I had to design & make my own backgeround & layout of the text, pictures etc.
So that it can make it look rather interesting & it'll have my own input of creativity in the pamplet also.

Creative Lettering

I did this creative lettering on Microsoft Word.
I had to paste it all on paint so we could upload the picture to show you what I've done in my creative lettering. It took me a while to figure out how to upload the picture in my blog but I eventually found out how to do it myself.
My favourite one would had to be the crack one. Its very hilarious....
