Makyila's Blog

Kia Ora!
My name is Makyila. I am a maori student & I attend Opotiki College. I am a year 11 student this year.
I take Maori, Dance & Information management as my options and English, Maths & Science for my normal subjects.
Where is Opotiki College you ask?
It is located in the North Island of New Zealand, Eastern Bay of Plenty.
The reason that we are making blogs this year is because it is to show the example of the work that we are doing in information management to our parents.
What do I enjoy doing?
Well there’s a lot that I enjoy doing but I love:
I especially love going to church. I go to Destiny Church Whakatane. Its changed my life dramaticlly. I've become a different person because I have god in my life. Hes awesome. Met heaps of people ever since I started going there. Made heaps of friends and just getting my Pastor Andre's revelation. Hes MEEEAANN!!

Sports that i enjoy playing are:

I play for the school softball team but its been the first time that I’ve played so I’m still learning.
My goals that I want to achieve for 2009 is to pass all my NCEA exams for all my subjects and to participate in a whole range of things within the school.
